Joint public hearing before the East Hampton Town Board and Trustees to review a proposal by Deepwater Wind to bring a power cable from the South Fork Wind Farm ashore underground at Beach Lane in Wainscott.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

              PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a joint public hearing of the East Hampton Town Board and the Trustees of the Freeholders and Commonality of the Town of East Hampton shall be held on May 17, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, at LTV Studios, 75 Industrial Road, Wainscott, New York, to hear any and all persons either for or against a proposed Grant of Access and Utility Easement, Lease and Community Benefits Package of Deepwater Wind South Fork LLC.

Copies of the proposed Grant of Access and Utility Easement, Lease and Community Benefits Package of Deepwater Wind South Fork LLC, sponsored by Supervisor Peter Van Scoyoc will be on file in the Town Clerk’s Office starting May 10, 2018, and available thereafter Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
