Deputy Executive Director Melissa Parrott and Board member Linda James were invited by Governor Hochul to celebrate the completion of 19 wind turbines successfully bringing clean energy to Long Island’s electric grid and supplying power to 70,000 homes!  Thank you to Orsted and EverSource  for all their work on this project and more to come!  South Fork wind is the FIRST completed commercial offshore wind project in North America! #gonewyork. Linda James and our Executive Director Gordon Raacke  were instrumental in the success of this off shore wind project. So much to celebrate!!!
